Mold Exposure
Mold Exposure may occur during the cleanup of a flooded basement due to a burst pipe or a leak. Water damage provides ideal conditions for mold growth. To prevent mold growth, water must be removed as soon as possible. Mold can begin to develop within 24 hours after exposure to excessive amounts of water or moisture.
